ArmadaHealth Expands Leadership Team with Five Expert Growth Leaders
Hunt Valley, MD – ArmadaHealth, the Maryland-based health data science company welcomes five experienced growth leaders to their new roles. Steve Marin, Vice President of Health Plans; Richard Meyer, Vice President of Health Systems and Government Programs; Ted Pitynski, Vice President of Self-Insured Solutions; Keith Schaub, Vice President of Associations & Affinity Groups; and Teresa O’Keefe, Vice President of Business Development. Each will manage the growth of their respective markets and contribute to innovation and expansion.
The expanded team will bring a variety of solutions to these markets to solve problems plaguing healthcare. These unique programs, such as SpecialtyCare Connect®, combine expert clinical insights and the latest in health data science with world-class service. The result is improved health outcomes, reduced healthcare expense and exceptional satisfaction.
Steve Marin comes to ArmadaHealth from Hooper Holmes of Olathe, Kansas as Chief Revenue Office where he was responsible for leading a sales and account management team that focused on new revenue growth and managed a book of business across several industry verticals. Prior, Steve held executive sales roles with ChipRewards, Alere, Health Integrated and CorSolutions. He has over 20 years of sales leadership experience. His background includes population health management, consultative selling and pipeline management.
Rick Meyer brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare sales from Visione Impatto, LLC of Reno, Nevada where he served as Managing Partner. In this role, he worked in a consulting function for key initiatives including healthcare IT, platform solutioning as well as business development strategy.
Meyer’s past experience includes sales leadership positions at Verdi Technology, Applied Research Works, Medecision, and McKesson. His background includes business development, P&L management and process improvement.
Ted Pitynski is a sales leader with more than 20 years of experience in developing and nurturing client accounts for various organizations. He comes to ArmadaHealth from Online Health of Brentwood, Tennessee where he was Regional Vice President, Health and Wellness Solutions. His role included developing a sales strategy for new digital products including a Friends and Family digital solution. His background includes sales leadership roles with LifeNexus, Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness as well as ADP. He also held account management roles focusing on existing account sales as well as new customer acquisition.
Keith Schaub joins ArmadaHealth with more than 20 years of experience in the affinity market offering supplemental and ancillary benefits. He comes to the organization from TransAmerica where he was Regional Vice President, Business Development and responsible for managing national sales and account management for TransAmerica’s affinity market. He also oversaw and coached a client management team and managed sales forecasting and increasing revenue. His prior experience includes multiple roles of increasing responsibility with TransAmerica including account management, marketing, compliance,
Teresa O’Keefe comes to ArmadaHealth with 20 years of healthcare market development and consulting roles in Consumer Health, Consumer-Driven Healthcare, Population Health, Biotech and Private Equity. She co-founded Consumable Science, a health platform delivering a consumer health score developed with Johns Hopkins’ epidemiologists and was the VP of Marketing and Business Development at ConnectYourCare. Prior to her healthcare career, she served as a Senior Manager at KPMG Consulting and in IT and HRIT management roles at Black & Decker.
